I was deeply saddened to hear of your loss. My thoughts are with you and your family. Mr Knudsen was a character with a welcoming heart. He sold me my first home in Cape Coral, which started with a "how much money do you got in your pocket" and a handshake - and a lease with purchase option was made. Even at the closing he laughed at me because I had green paint (NY Jets green, at that) on my hands from repainting the house's grey stripe. Naturally he was disappointed I didn't paint it Orange for the Mets - but thats another story. I will never forget the kindness of this gentle giant and his loving wife. Larene Brubaker
