Kathleen Dosiek Mambretti ,niece
Pearland,Texas
My dad Anthony Joseph Dosiek was Cucia Anna’s youngest brother. He preceded her in death on September 1,2016.
Her twin sister Josephine preceded her in death at age 18 months and youngest Sister Emily Donley preceded her in death December 28, 2021.
Know by Anna as Tony , he was in the Air Force and we traveled alot as a child but my earliest and fondest childhood memories include spending time with Cucia Anna, Uncle Martin , Stevie And Michael onDunham Road .
Christmas gifts from Cucia Ann were extra special in the 1960’s ,
of Avon cologne and bubble bath.
She would sing a song of my Sisters names “Maryann, Kathleen and Theresa Rose,” which in the last few years would briefly bring her back out of her Dementia and she would sing along.
She was an avid gardener . Up until 2019 had beautiful tomatoes , Peppers and rhubarb growing in her back yard garden .
Favorite color was bright yellow. Always enjoyed LOTS of Jewlery .
In 2020 when mom and I would visit from Texas bringing her lunch and gifts she’d say “I’m out of control” !!
She would quote frequently from the Bible “I Anna can do all things through Christ who strengthens
me “
She loved her lord and her Catholic faith . She would frequently look up at a picture of Jesus in her kitchen and converse and pray to him.
I love you Cucia!!!
