Loparco, 77, of Camden and formerly of Westmoreland, died March 24, 2008 in Stonehedge Nursing Home with his family by his side. He was born October 3, 1930, in Utica, the son of Vito and Francesca Tramacera Loparco. He was educated in Utica schools. On May 29, 1956 he married Dorothy Lisberg in St. Peter's Church in North Utica. Frank was a veteran of both the US Army and Navy. He worked for over thirty years at Griffiss Air Force Base, retiring in 1986. Surviving besides his wife, are two daughters and sons-in-law, Joanne and Dana Parker, Naperville, IL, and Francine and Nicholas Spagnuolo, Camden; three grandchildren, Rachel, Andrew, and Lucas; and several nieces and nephews. Frank was predeceased by a son, Frank, and a brother, Anthony. In keeping with Frank's wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service.
