"Pop" Gabler, 77, of Taberg, died Friday, December 21, 2007, in Oneida Healthcare Facility. He was born January 15, 1930, in Rahway, NJ, the son of Henry and Jane Doyle Gabler. He was educated in Rahway Schools. On February 11, 1950, he married Frances Findeis in Elizabeth, NJ. She died December 16, 1992. Robert and Frances moved to the Camden-Taberg area in 1972 and owned and operated the Pine Hill Restaurant for several years. Mr. Gabler was a veteran of the US Merchant Marines and was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Taberg. He is survived by four sons and a daughter-in-law, Robert, of Fort Lauderdale, Fl, James and Cheryl, of Taberg, Kenneth, of Inlet, NY, and Donald, of Utica; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Robert was predeceased by a sister, Marion Aitken and a brother, Ed. Services: Friends may call at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 9464 State Rt. 13, Camden, on Thursday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family
