He was born June 29, 1963, in Batavia, NY, the son of the late John and Beverly Delaney Oswald. Jeffery's family would like to express their deep gratitude to the staff of the Central New York DSO for their exceptional care, compassion and devotion to Jeffery for the many years he was a part of the CNY DSO family. He is survived by his sisters, Bonnie Marshall of Sierra Vista, AZ, Kim (Terry) Harwood of Spencerport, NY, and Margaret (Dennis) Lynch of Brockport, NY; his brother, John (Diane) Oswald of Palmyra, NY; and sister-in-law, Sheila Rigg of Tucson, AZ. He was predeceased by a brother, James Oswald. Services: Interment will take place in Conquest Cemetery, Rt. 38, Conquest, NY, at 10:15am on Saturday October 6, followed by a Memorial Mass at 11am at St. Patrick's Church, 2576 Mechanic St., Cato, NY.
