Obituary of David G. Holeck

David G. Holeck, Sr., 70, of Rome, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at Wynn Hospital in Utica. He was born on September 11, 1954, a son of the late Paul and Phyllis (Nessel) Holeck. He was a graduate of Vernon-Verona-Sherrill High School and served his country in the United States Army.

 

David is survived by two daughters, Angela Westcott (Steve) and Amy Holeck (Bobby); a son, David Holeck, Jr. (Lisa); daughter-in-law, Michele Holeck;; two brothers, Mark Ford (Jean) and Robert Holeck (Sherri); fifteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and special friend, Sharon Byrne-Brodecki. He was predeceased by a son, Richard Holeck.

 

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
