Obituary of Marvin N. Perkosky

Marvin N. Perkosky, 71, of Rome, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Wynn Hospital in Utica. He was born in Rome on January 26, 1953. He was a graduate of Rome Free Academy.

Marvin worked several jobs for various local companies including Rome Cable Corp., Revere Copper and Brass Co. and most recently Human Technologies.

He liked to refurbish old furniture and fix small engines.

Marvin is survived by his three children, Sarah Pinkos, Joshua Perkosky and Joseph Perkosky; two sisters, Carolyn Tennant (Lee) and Elaine Vitalone (Carl); two brothers, Charles Perkosky (Cathy) and Ronald Perkosky (Winnie); two grandsons, Tristan and Colton; and several nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome, NY 13440.
