John K. Carrese, 69, of Blossvale, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, a son of the late John and Virginia (McLaren) Carrese. He was married to Joycelyn Bennett.
John worked for Birnie Bus Co. and First Student for many years.
Surviving besides his loving wife, Joy, are four daughters, Genevieve Matias, Vanessa Rogers, Autumn Watkins and Ashlie Carrese; two sons, Christopher Carrese and Jason Kinney; a sister and two brothers; several grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
