Obituary of Roxanne M. Light

Roxanne M. Light, 53, of Rome, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024, at Oneida Health. She was born in Utica on June 23, 1970, a daughter of the late James and Edna (Rising) Breen. On August 10, 1991, she was united in marriage to Douglas Light. He passed away on December 3, 2000.

Roxanne is survived by two children, Lacey and Steven Light; a sister, Diana Tardy (Philip); three brothers, Steven Breen (Kimberly), Patrick Breen and James Breen; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Gerald Breen.
