Obituary of Marina F. Finley

Marina F. Finley, 88, of Rome, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at Rome Health SNF. She was born in Rome on January 27, 1934, a daughter of the late Frank and Angeline (Vergona) LaGreco.

Marina worked at Stonehedge Nursing Home and Rose Hospital for many years.

She was an active member of Transfiguration Church and the Altar and Rosary Society.

Marina is survived by a son, Jimmy Finley (Lisa); one sister, Jo Anna Seidel (Jeffrey); one brother, Richard LaGreco; two grandchildren, Rhiannan May (Cory) and their son, Gunner, and J.Ryan Finley and his son, Kamden; a sister-in-law, Kathleen LaGreco; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a sister, Virginia Stroup, and a brother, Ralph LaGreco.

Marina’s family would like to thank the Drs., Nurses and staff of the 3^rd FL at Rome Health SNF for their wonderful care and compassion during her stay with them.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, November 25th at 11:00 a.m. at Transfiguration Church.
