Obituary of Thomas P. Martin

Thomas Patrick Martin "Two-Guns" of Camden, NY; son of Ann E. Quisenberry; passed away on, Saturday, October 22, 2022, unexpectedly. 

 

Tom is survived by the love of his life, Donna Lyn Campbell; Step Children; Beth Bushaw, Ashley (Adam) Harvey, Brett Bushaw; and 6 step-grandchildren.

 

Tom was born in Washington DC on July 2nd, 1955. Tom worked for the Rome Developmental Center, Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center, and the New York State Canal Corporation. He enjoyed the stories he could tell about the experiences he encountered. In 1991 Tom started his career with the Oneida County Sheriff's office and served 24 years with the department.  Throughout his time, he worked as a tower and transport officer and was awarded many citation bars; sharpshooter, good conduct, master firearms, and ready commendation.

 

Tom was best known for the pride and passion he had while working as a firearms instructor. 

Donna would like to thank her family and friends for the love and support she has received and for accepting Tom as one of their own.

 

So, for one last time Tom, "Get off the button."

 

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, October 28th from 4-6:00 p.m. at Tom and Donna`s Residence. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Tom’s memory to the Town of  Camden Ambulance Service, PO Box 222, Camden NY 13316.
