Obituary of Wanda L. Reed

Wanda L. Reed, 66, of Camden, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at Rome Health. Born in Rome on November 18, 1955, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Virginia (Hewitt) Brower, Sr. On June 14, 1975, she was united in marriage to Gary Reed, Sr.

Wanda loved to be outside in her garden or picking berries. She was known for filling her house with shelves full of knickknacks. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and family meant everything to her.

Surviving besides her loving husband, Gary, are two daughters, Tammy Demauro (Randy) and Lorraine Reed (Stan); two sisters, Virgena Hopkins and Gloria Sykes; a brother, Harold Brower, Jr.; four grandchildren, Brittany and John Bickom, Jr. and Joshua and Brianna Reed; two great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a son, Gary Reed, Jr.; and two sisters, Kathleen Lohr and Caroline Joslyn.
