Obituary of Karen A. Tiller

Karen (Meyers) Tiller, 67, passed away Monday, September 19, 2022, at Rome Health. She was a 1976 graduate of Rome Free Academy and she was employed at the Marriott Travel Plaza until her retirement. She wed in 2000, and was happily married to Peter Tiller until his passing in 2012. 

Karen was known for her kind, gentle spirit and sense of humor. She loved her sheltie companion, playing BINGO and time spent with her family and close friends. 

She was predeceased by her hsuband as well as her parents, Clayton and Jean Meyers; sisters, Darlene Crampton and Christine Meyers. 

Karen leaves behind one nephew, James Seaton; three great-nieces, several cousins, her dear friends and former step-children and their families. 
A Graveside Prayer Service will be held on October 29th at 12:00 p.m. at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Oneida.
