Obituary of Robert J. Grande

Robert J. Grande, 31, of Rome, passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, due to injuries sustained after being struck by a motor vehicle. Born in New Hartford, NY, on January 8, 1991, he was a son of Melissa Grande and John Tirado. On March 28, 2022, he married Alicia Pugliese.

Robert worked several construction jobs throughout the area. He did roofing, dry wall and sealed driveways. 

Robert loved being outdoors, whether he was camping, fishing, or hanging out at the beach. He cherished spending time with his daughter.

Surviving besides his wife, Alicia, is mother, Melissa Grande; his father, John Tirado; a daughter, Alliana Marie; his maternal grandmother, Helen “Nonny” Hock and her ever loving devotion to Robert; maternal grandfather,  Christopher “Pa” and  Grandma Linda Grande and; two sisters, Elizabeth and Skyla; and his aunt, Amanda Hock and her family; nephew, Giovanni Grande; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
