Mary E. Welch, 83, of Rome, passed away on Monday, May 16, 2022, at Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare in New Hartford. She was born in Rome on August 18, 1938 a daughter of the late William and Mildred Wilson. She was married to the late Richard Welch.
She is survived by three daughters, Deborah Hall, Rosie Hefferman (Mike) and Patricia Welch (Mike); six sons, Kevin Wilson, Joseph Wilson (Dawn), Randy Welch, Gregory Welch, Morris Wilson and Freddy Welch; a sister Barbara Wilson; a brother, Butch Wilson (Laurie); twenty-one grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She predeceased by a sister, Sharon, and a brother, Kenny.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
