Colleen Anne Eppler, 78, passed away April 3, 2022. She was born August 24, 1943, in Syracuse, NY.
Colleen is survived by her five children, Kellie Mehl, Karen Elliott (Ted), Kimberly Salerno (Vinnie), Kenneth Paparella (Kim) and Lisa Eppler; ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, whom she loved dearly, along with her beloved dog, Laddy.
She also leaves behind four siblings, Linda Hicks, Barbara Eppler, William Eppler and Dan Eppler (Gail); and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, William and Irene (Greenwood) Eppler.
Colleen had a heart to serve those in need and dedicated her life to do just that, through her career as an LPN, to the many organizations she volunteered with that she held close to her heart.
A heartfelt thanks to her daughter, Kellie Mehl, for her caregiving to our mom over the last year.
Following Colleen's wishes there will be not be any services. Those who wish to honor her memory can make a donation to Care Net Pregnancy Center of CNY.
