Shyneisia M. Johnson, 29, of Whitesboro, passed away tragically due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Sunday, March 27, 2022. She was born in Rome on May 24, 1992, a daughter of Christopher Soyka and Tina Ross. She was adopted and raised by the late George and Sue Plumley of Camden. She was a 2010 graduate of Camden High School. Shy was the Service Manager at United Auto Sales. She loved fast motorcycles and rode a Kawasaki 636. She was an avid fan of Buffalo Bills, loved spending time with her dog Nala and she was a very talented singer. Shy is survived by her parents, Christopher and Tina; two children, Isiah Mondrick and Paisley Rae Johnson; four sisters, Merridian, Pam Gokey (Curt), Miranda Plumley and Autumn Plumley; three brothers, Christopher Plumley, Mike Plumley and Justin Soyka; her boyfriend, Justin Sturtevant; best friend of 20 years, Keanu Walker and her daughter, Lexi; grandmother, Darlene Parry; father of her children, Dakota Johnson (Lexi Desantis) and Ryon Mondrick (Sarah Campbell); and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a sister, Bryana Parry. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 1st, at 6:00 p.m. at Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc. ,418 N. George St., Rome. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Friday prior to the service from 3-6:00 p.m.
