Obituary of Suzette A Kirk

Suzette A. “Susan” Grosjean Kirk, 62, of Turin Rd., Rome, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at her home. She was born on October 10, 1959, in Rome, the daughter of Luis and Emily Trachsel Grosjean. She was a graduate of Rome Free Academy. Susan loved to do diamond art, enjoyed crocheting blankets for her grandkids, and was an avid New York Giants fan. Surviving are her four children, Audra (Scott) Germain, of Porter Corners, NY, Justin (Derricka) Boggess, of Moore, SC, Melissa (Nicholas) Butler, of Rome, and Alan Pflanz, of Moore, SC; her siblings, Bernie Grosjean, of Stacey Basin, Cindy (Mark) Tracy, of Munnsville, Steve Grosjean, of Taberg, Marsha Marshall, of Rome, Timmy Grosjean, of Taberg, and Brenda (Vincent) Smith, of Elk Grove, CA; fifteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, and a brother-in-law, Wade Marshall. Graveside services will be held in the spring at Evergreen Cemetery.
