Linda J. Arcuri, 74, of Ava, passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022, at Rome Health. Born in Utica on March 21, 1947, she was a daughter of the late John and Jeanette (Landry) DeCarlo.
Linda was a cafeteria manager for the Utica City School District for many years. She enjoyed gardening, shopping and reading. She was an avid watcher of Fox News and great supporter of President Donald Trump. However, what she loved most was spending time with her grandchildren and eating anything that her son cooked.
She is survived by her son, Robert Hinckley (Lainy); a brother, John DeCarlo (Julie); four cherished grandchildren, Katie Cosentino, Robert Hinckley Jr., Noah Hinckley and Julia Hinckley; and one niece and several cousins.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Women’s Domestic Abuse Hotline, PO Box 90249, Austin, TX 78709.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome.
