Obituary of Peggy Everett

Please share a memory of Peggy to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Margaret Ann “Peggy” Everett passed peacefully from this earth at St Joseph's Hospital in the early morning hours of New Year’s Day 2022. She was born in Rome NY to the late Howard Sr and Margaret Clifford Money on March 6,1949. She was the youngest and only girl of 9 children. Some would say she was spoiled. I would say I agree as would she! She never denied it! Peggy was formerly married to the late Ronald N Everett and had one son, Corey Neil Everett, of Michigan. She lived for many years in Michigan and worked at Comcast. After retiring due to ill health, she decided to return to Rome where she enjoyed spending her last years with family and friends in Rome and Lee Center. Although Peg had many health challenges, she fought very hard every day to be able to stay at home with her fur babies Mia and Bella. Peg leave behind her son Corey, sister-in-law Alice Money, many nieces and nephews and her best friend Pam Strohl. She was predeceased by eight brothers Howard Jr, Richard, Donald, Jack, Paul, Thomas, George, and Robert. Her family would like to thank her local doctors, Dr Jennifer Cesana and Dr . Tatyana Antonevich as well as Dr Rohan and Dr Nicholson from St Joseph's Hospital; also, Robin and Kevin who helped her out whenever they could. Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 7th at 2:00 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Arrangements have been entrusted to Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc. 418 N. George St., Rome.
