Madison St., Rome, died on Friday, November 23, 2007, at Rome Memorial Hospital, following a brief illness. He was born on February 11, 1950, in Lawton, OK, the son of James W. and Maxine C. Watts Reagan. He graduated from Eisenhower High School in Lawton, OK, Class of 1968. On June 23, 1973, Gary married Karen L. Mills, in Washington, D.C. Gary and his wife, Karen, have been a resident of Rome since October 26, 2006. They previously lived in Lawton, OK, for twenty-one years. He was an accounting technician for DFAS at Griffis Air Force Base. He was previously the Business Development Director for Lawton Housing Authority from 1995 to 2006. Gary was a wonderful husband and doting dad to his daughter, Stephanie. He will be greatly missed. Surviving besides his loving wife, Karen; his mother, Maxine, Belton, MO; is a daughter, Stephanie N. Reagan, Norman, OK; a sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Charles Byram, Belton, MO; a niece and her husband, Kim and Clem Gerard, Johnson, KS; a nephew and his wife, Chuck and Wendy Byram, Lees Summit, MO; and five great nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held in Lawton, OK, at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Gary's memory to the Second Chance Animal Sanctuary, PO Box 1266, Norman, OK, 73070.
