Patricia A. McCormick, 59, of Rome, passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at Rome Health. Born in Rome on February 24, 1962, she was a daughter of the late John and Eunice (Lefevre) McCormick. She was a 1980 graduate of Rome Catholic High School and earned an Associate’s Degree in Business from the Utica School of Commerce. Patricia was most recently employed by Assured Information Security. The job she loved the most was the 20 years she spent running the concession stand at Kennedy Arena. She is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Jill and Michael Race; a brother and sister-in-law, John “Pete” and Stella McCormick; five beloved nieces and nephews, Erin Gleason, Daniel Race, and Meghan, Seth and Miranda McCormick; her cherished great-niece, Madison Race; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 4th at 6:00 p.m. at Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome. Interment will take place in Forest Hill Cemetery in Utica. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Thursday prior to the service from 4-6:00 p.m. You may light a candle, send a message of sympathy, and read the obituary at www.nunnandharper.com.
