Bill J. C. Smith, 52, of Blossvale, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Betsy Ross Nursing and Rehabilitation in Rome. Born in Syracuse on June 29, 1969, he was a son of David C. and Shirley (Rivers) Smith. He was a graduate of Camden High School.
Bill is survived by his mother, Shirley Smith; three sisters, Bonnie Coleman, Deloris Buckingham (John) and Lorraine Waterman (Ernie); two brothers, David Smith (Karie) and Rodney Smith (Pam); and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, David C. Smith.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 2nd at 2:00 p.m. at Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 9464 State Rt. 13, Camden. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Saturday, October 2nd prior to the service from 12-2:00 p.m.
