"Stormin" Norman Eric Baldomir, 50, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at Rome Memorial Hospital. He was born in Rome on August 13, 1970. Norman worked on various construction jobs throughout the area for many years. He loved sports, had a favorite team for every season, and played on many softball teams in several leagues each summer. He is survived by his mother and father, Donna Baldomir and Carlton Lane; fiancé, Helen Bremner, her four children and their families; a sister, Doris (Ray) Hickey; two brothers, David Durgan and Joseph Baldomir (Jeff Royce); four aunts, Deborah Raiti, Diana Smith, Joan (Roger) Smith and Carol Baker (Bob); and two nieces, Katie Emery and Koryn (Dan) Jones; and best friend, Tim (Tina) Drake; . He was predeceased by his grandparents, George and Doris Durgan and Marie and Al Rotach. Family and friends are invited to call at Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St. on Monday from 3-5:00 p.m.. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Heart Association or consider signing up to become an organ donor.
