Teelin, 83, of Blossvale, died on Sunday, September 9, 2007, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse, following a brief illness. She was born on July 12, 1924, in Pittsburgh, PA, the daughter of John and Mary Czuczko Lesny. She graduated from South High School in Pittsburgh, PA, and attended the University of Pittsburgh. On November 19, 1960, she married Wesley Teelin, in Pittsburgh, PA. He died on January 16, 1988. She and her husband owned and operated their own dairy farm, retiring in 1986. She was very active in local politics and a member of the Democratic Committee in the Town of Vienna. In her youth, she was a member of the Ukrainian Chorus and played the violin. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Teelin and Leonard Futterman, East Syracuse, and Jennie and Brian Winter, Catawissa, PA; one sister, Jennie Potuzko, Bethel Park, PA; and six grandchildren, Sarah, Alisha, Wesley, Brandon, Casey, and Herbie Winter. Funeral services will be held at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 9464 State Route 13, Camden, on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at 10:00 AM. Interment will take place in Lee State Road Cemetery. Friends are invited and may call on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Contributions may be made in Anne's memory to St. Joseph's Hospital Palliative Care Unit in Syracuse.
