Name: Dominick Lanzi, Jr. Date of Death: Monday, April 04, 2005 Residence: Rome NY Age: 75 Obituary:Dominick Lanzi, Jr., 75, of 804 McKinley Avenue, Rome, passed away after a brief illness on Monday, April 4, 2005 in Rome Memorial Hospital. He was born June 11, 1929 in Rome the son of Dominick and Anna Bove Lanzi. Mr. Lanzi was educated in Rome. Dominick was employed in the family business, Dominick Lanzi and Sons, Mason Contractors for several years. He retired in 1980. Mr. Lanzi leaves a loving sister and brother, Mary P. Lanzi and Charles (Carl) Lanzi and sisters- in- law, Mary F. Lanzi and Shirley C. Lanzi, all of Rome; also surviving are a special nephew Anthony D. Lanzi and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Dominick and Anna (Bove) Lanzi, two sisters, Lena and Nancy Lanzi and two brothers, Adrian and Armand Lanzi. Dominick had a special place in his heart for all of God's creatures and loved being out in nature riding his bicycle. A mass of the Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Baptist Church Thursday 10:30A.M. Interment St. John's Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Arrangements by the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George Street, Rome. Services: A Mass of the Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10:30am at St. John the Baptist Church.
