"Hump" Myers, 64, 116 Louisa St., Rome, died July 8, 2007, at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born on December 5, 1942, in Oneida, the daughter of Stewart and Mary Piersall Palmer. She attended Camden schools. In August of 1985, she married Dave Myers in Rome. He died in 2005. She was employed by Rome Developmental Center for several years. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. Surviving are five daughters and a son-in-law, Robin Lighthall, Madison, Susan and Herbert Marshall, Rome, Melody Marshall, Rome, Michelle Deraway, Rome, Brenda Lighthall and her fiancé, Edwin Gil, Rome; two sons, Gilbert Sharon, Williamstown, Frank Lighthall, Rome, with whom she resided; one sister, Diane Snyder, Oneida; four brothers, Glenn "Timmer" Coonrod, Oneida, Carl "Joe" and Joanne Coonrod, Osceola, Clayton "Bozo" and Debbie Coonrod, Rome, and Adrian and Penny Coonrod, Taberg; twenty-one grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Dorothy was predeceased by her daughter, Mary Cadrette; two grandchildren, Leonard Marshall and Chris Ann Marshall; and two great-grandchildren, Carlton Fancher, Jr., and Brittany Merchant. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2007, at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome, at 8:00 PM. Interment Maple Flats Cemetery. Friends are invited and may call on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 8:00 PM. Services: Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2007, at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N.
