Ramsdale, 60, of 305 Sam St., Rome, died on November 1, 2007, at Faxton-St. Luke's Hospital in New Hartford. She was born on July 6 1947, in Rome, the daughter of William and Dorothy Hawkins Seaton. She graduated from Rome Free Academy, Class of 1966. On July 8, 1967, she married Ronald Ramsdale, Sr., in Rome. She was employed by Rome Memorial Hospital for twenty-three years, retiring in 2001. She was a member of St. Mary's Church. Surviving besides her loving husband, Ronald; are two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Michele Ramsdale, Jr., and Scott and Kathy Ramsdale; a sister, Nancy Seaton; three brothers and a sister-in-law, William Seaton, Donald Seaton, and James and Colleen Seaton; five grandchildren, Heather, Matthew, Ashley, Samantha, and Erin, all of Rome;and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome, on Monday, November 5, 2007, at 1:30 PM. Interment Rathbunville Cemetery. Family and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
