Cove Lake Circle, Stuart, Florida, formerly of Rome and Albany died Wednesday, September 19, 2007 in Martin Memorial Hospital N., Stuart after a brief illness. She was born June 19, 1931 in Rome the daughter of William and Mary Murphy Hogan. Mrs. Emerson was a graduate of Rome Free Academy. On September 3, 1960 she married Paul Emerson in North Canaan, Connecticut . He died July 28, 1991. Anne was employed by New York Telephone Company for many years retiring in 1985. While in Rome she was a member of St. Peter's Church. Surviving are a neice, Lorraine Hurlbutt, Washington, D.C. and several cousins, Ellen and Jim Box, Albany; James and Linda Reid, Syracuse; Kevin and Karalyn Box, Albany ,Edward Reid Griffin Reid and Andrew Reid, all of Syracuse. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter's Church Friday at 1:00P.M. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Arrangements by the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George Street, Rome. Services: Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter's Church Friday at 1:00P.M.
