Obituary:Belinda J. Kahl, 56, of Taberg, died September 7, 2007, at Roswell Park Cancer Institute after a very courageous battle with Leukemia. She was born December 30, 1950, the daughter of Dewain (Duke) and Marion Dennison Robinson. She was a graduate of Camden Central High School and had attended Mohawk Valley Community College. On January 4, 1969, she married Michael Kahl in Taberg.
For the first time in 24 years Belinda was unable to answer the back to school bell. Belinda worked in the Camden Central School District and for many years ran the recreation department in Taberg. She never met a child she didn't love. She also loved to spend time canoeing with her husband through the chain lakes in The Adirondacks.
Surviving besides her beloved husband of 38 years, Michael, are her parents, Duke and Marion, Camden; two sons and daughters-in-law, Matthew and Valerie, Taberg, and Christian and Heidi, Whitesboro; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Debbie and Bill Hollibaugh, Camden, Kim and Scott Outtrim, Florence, Cynthia and Don Yager, Tampa FL, Beth and Alan Tucker, Taberg; a brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Norma Robinson, Camden; three cherished grandsons Nicholas, Jacob and Ethan; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday Sept 12th at 7:30pm at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 9464 State Rte. 13, Camden. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-7:30pm.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Belinda's memory to the Leukemia Society.
