Name: Naomi Taylor Date of Death: Monday, July 30, 2007 Residence: Rome, NY Age: 54 Obituary:Naomi Taylor Naomi Taylor, 54, of Rome, died July 30, 2007, in St. Luke's Hospital after a brief illness. She was born October 14, 1952, Watertown, NY, the daughter of Milton and Anna Pelton Haas. She was educated in Rome Schools. On October 22, 1969, she married Robert G. Taylor, Sr. in Tijuana, Mexico. He died June 8, 1997. She later married Wilbur L. Taylor at their home in Rome. He died March 2, 2005. Naomi was a member of the New Testament Church in Rome. She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Tanya and John Tefft, Oneida, and Desiree Taylor and her fiancé, Michael Marsden, Rome; two sons, Robert G. Taylor, Jr. and his fiancé, Dawn Holbert, Rome, and Matthew L. Taylor, and his fiancé, Jamie Goold, Oriskany; a sister and brother-in-law, Ramona and Dennis Lewicki, St. Cloud, FL; a brother and sister-in-law, Milton and Hazel Haas, II, Ocala, FL; six grandchildren, Shawnee, Emilee, Brandon, Michael, Leah and John; a special friend, Donna Mansfield, Rome; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11am at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome. Interment will take place in McConnellsville Cemetery.
