She was born on November 23, 1912, in Fish Creek Landing, the daughter of Etson and Lula Manwarren Collins. She was educated in Fish Creek Landing Schools. On September 21, 1929, she married Charles E. Deeley in North Bay. He died on June 30, 1970. Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Lorraine and William Spencer, McConnellsville; one son and daughter-in-law, Don D. and Christine Deeley, Rome; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, several great great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by three sons, Wayne, Paul and Lonnie; four sisters, Irene Collins, Blanche Moore, Hazel Wilson, and Freda Satterly; and one brother, Achus Collins. Graveside services will be held at Fish Creek Landing Cemetery on Monday, July 30, 2007, at 2:00 PM. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N.
