Howard, 86, of Waldron Rd., Camden, passed away July 3, 2006 at Betsy Ross Nursing Home after a long illness. She was born July 18, 1919 in Annsville the daughter of Aaron and Grace Alvord Waterman. Grace was educated in Annsville Schools and on February 22, 1941 she was united in marriage to Kenneth E. Howard. He died July 4, 1990. She was a member of the Camden Methodist Church, the VFW Ladies Auxilliary and the Odd Fellows Organization. Surviving are three daughters, Marion Dunn, Canastota, Marie Howard Staring, Taberg, Maude Howard, Orwell, 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren , one great great grandson, a sister-in-law, Norma Birmingham, along with nieces, nephews and cousins. She was pre-deceased by a daughter Marilyn Howard, a son Kenneth Howard, four brothers, Leslie, Ernest, Leon and Arthur Waterman, three sisters, Florence Donlon, Mabel Howard and Marion Alvord. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place in Forest lawn Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
