Fulton, 85, a resident of Lake Ariel for the past year, formerly of Westernville, New York died Wednesday morning in Dunmore Health Care Center. His wife of 49 years the former Betty Neas died December 30, 2000. Born in Coatsville Pennsylvania the son of the late Warren and Caroline Price Fulton he was a graduate of Neptune High School, Asbury Park, New Jersey. As a graduate of Drexel University he worked with the government as a Civil Engineer for 30 years before a move to the private sector. In Rome New York he served as president of the school board for many years and was nominated by Rockefeller to the New York State Board of Education. He was a member of St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church in Rome, New York. He enjoyed the outdoors while fishing, hunting and playing golf. He was a devoted husband and father who especially liked antiquing with his wife. Surviving are a son Christopher N. Fulton, Lake Ariel and his wife Terri, a sister Lois Andreas, NJ; a brother Edgar Fulton, OH; two grandsons Adam and James; and Nieces and Nephews. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 2pm at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome. Interment will be in Rome Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 12-2pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Services: Calling hours Sun. 12-2pm Funeral Sun. 2pm
