Collins, 74, of North Bay, New York, passed away with her loving family at her side on Sunday, January 3, 2010 in Oneida Healthcare Center. She was born December 12, 1935 in North Bay the daughter of Frank and Frances Jones Dixon. Jessie was educated in Camden schools. She retired from Oneida Limited and previously was employed at Revere Copper and Brass. Surviving are two daughters and a son-in-law, Monica and Michael DeCarlo, of North Bay, and Amy Uvanni, of Rome; a sister, Suzanne Thompson, Rome; one brother and sister-in-law, James and Debra Moore, of Dunnellon, FL; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Maria Lea; one sister, Julia O'Neill; a brother, William Dixon; son-in-law, Dick Uvanni; and her favorite dog, Nikki. Jessie's family would like to extend a special thank-you to Dr. Matthew McKay, visiting nurse, Penny Khare and a special friend, Jean Day for their kindness and compassion shown to her during her illness.
