Saylor, 65, of 6046 Greenway-Lowell Rd., Verona, passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2008, at his home with his loving family at his side. He was born on August 3, 1943, in Hollidaysburg, PA, the son of Paul and Kathleen Beason Saylor. He was a graduate of Hollidaysburg High School. On May 8, 1965, he was united in marriage to Darlene Kristock. She passed away on April 25, 1986. He was later united in marriage to Patti Woleslagle. She passed away on September 16, 2002. Mr. Saylor proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force for over twenty years. He served during the Vietnam Era. Surviving are two daughters and a son-in-law, Lucinda and Keith Miller, with whom he resided, and Robin Miller, of Rome; one step-daughter, Joanie Derouchie, of Washington; two step-sons, Scott Anderson, and Carey Anderson, both of Oregon; a sister and brother-in-law, Judy and John Confer, of PA; a brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Rin Saylor, of AZ; five grandchildren, Robert, Brett, Cody, Andrew, and Noah; a great-granddaughter, Keionnah; and several nieces, and nephews. Robert was predeceased by a son-in-law, Paul Miller. Services: Funeral services will be held at the Chapel at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery, Altoona, PA, on Wednesday, January 7, 2008, at 2:00 PM..
