Helen was born June 12, 1918 in Easton, PA, a daughter of William S. and Helen Neigh Jones. She was a graduate of Westmoreland High School. Helen received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Children's Hospital, Buffalo, NY. On September 4, 1943, she married Ely W. Parker in Vernon Center. He died in 1963. Mrs. Parker worked as an RN in Riverside. She was a member of St. Edward's Church, Corona, CA. Surviving are two daughters and two sons-in-law, Linda and William Seabrook, New Port Richey, Florida and Lynne and Craig Wilson, Riverside, CA; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Ethel and John Deschamps, Verona and Margaret and Dewey DeGroff, Oneida; two brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Mary Ann Jones, Vernon Center; Robert and Deborah Jones, Georgia; twelve grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; several nieces; and several nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St. on Monday at 1:30 p.m. Interment Rome Cemetery.
