Slover, 59, of Blossvale, died November 27, 2008 at her home with her family by her side after a long illness. She was born on January 14, 1949, in Rome, the daughter of Myrnie and Eleanor Widrig Lipphardt. She was educated in VVS schools. On October 14, 1972 she married Floyd Slover in Taberg. Surviving besides her husband, are two daughters and a son-in-law, Robin Pelton, Vienna, and Nicole and Josh Lubeck, Virginia Beach, VA; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Wade and Kara Slover, Hawthorne, NJ, and Joshua Slover and his girlfriend, Kimberly Lang, Rome; three sisters, Dorothy Ross, Joan Dukett, and Bonnie Standard, all of Rome; four brothers and two sisters-in-law, Ronald and Emma Lipphardt, Rome, Daniel Lipphardt, Blossvale, Johnny Lipphardt, Rome, and Ricky and Deborah Lipphardt, Blossvale; five grandchildren, Tyler, Cheyanne, Evan, Talan and Aidan; a special "daughter", Tammy LaGasse; special "sisters", Patricia Kranbuhl, Karen Cooper, Deborah Roberts, and Louella Mezza; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Donna was predeceased by two sisters, Marjorie Gruby and Wanda Lipphardt, and two brothers, Myrnie Jr. and Robert Lipphardt. Services: Funeral services will be held at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc, 9464 State Rt. 13, Camden, on Tuesday at 7pm. Interment will take place in McConnellsville Cemetery.
