Obituary of Patricia J. King

Patricia J. King, 77, of Blossvale, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024. She was born in Herkimer on May 10, 1947, a daughter of the late Louis and Maeona (Sheppard) Christman, Sr. On March 17, 1974, she was united in marriage to Allan King.

Pat had a passion for animals and cherished her horses and fur babies. She ran a wildlife rehab out of her home for several years, helping to care and heal for wounded and endangered animals. She was also an avid gardener and enjoyed tending to her flowers.

Surviving besides her loving husband of 50 years, Allan, our two sisters, Marlene Kirk (Robert) and Jannetta Avery (John); a brother, Lawrence Hulbert (Carol); a brother-in-law, James Farnam; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Anna Mae Lynch and Barbara Schreiber; two brothers, Addison Hulbert and Louis Christman, Jr.; sister-in-law, Betty Christman; and brother-in-law, Steven Byett.

Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, November 24^th, from 2-4:00 p.m. at Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 9464 State Rt. 13, Camden NY 13316. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, November 25^th at 11:00 a.m. with interment in McConnellsville Cemetery to follow.
