Hall, 96, of Oswego, formerly of Taberg and Rome, passed away on November 4, 2008, at Seneca Hill Manor, in Oswego, following a long illness. She was born on January 11, 1912, in Taberg, the daughter of Stephen and Jessie Spink Rood. She attended Rome Free Academy and Camden Central Schools. On June 24, 1939, she was united in marriage to Earl C. Hall in Taberg. Mr. Hall passed away in 1978. She was employed by Rome Developmental Center for over twenty-five years, retiring in 1974. Mrs. Hall was a former member of the Taberg United Methodist Church and the Lee Center Order of the Eastern Star. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Roxanne and Brian Richardson, of Memphis, NY; a daughter-in-law, Leota Reith, of Salisbury, NC; four grandchildren, Michael Hall, Todd, Tyler, and Kelsey Richardson; and several nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by a son Earl Henry Hall and a granddaughter, Avian Dewire. Services: Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 7, 2008, at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 9464 St. Rt. 13, Camden, at 9:30AM where the Rev. Edward Veaudry will officiate. Interment will take place in Maple Hill Cemetery. Family and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
