Obituary of Robert A. Alberico

Robert A. Alberico, 70, of Camden, passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. He was born in Utica on February 21, 1954, a son of the late Ralph and Lucy (Devito) Alberico. He was a graduate of Whitesboro High School and Beech Aeronautical School. He served in the United States Air Force from 1979-83. On July 3, 2005, he was united in marriage to Lenore Will.

Robert worked at the 9 Mile Point Nuclear Station in Oswego and most recently was employed by Emerson Corp. of Pittsburgh, PA.

He was a collector of various things including, books, music, rare stones, and crystals. He enjoyed his BMW motorcycle and he and Lenore made a cross-country trip on it. He was passionate about cooking, and he was a phenomenal cook. He was always looking to give back to those in need of help.

Surviving besides his wife, Lenore, is a stepson, James Paravotti (Candice); two sisters, Carol Alberico and Janet Baker; three brothers, Dr. Ralph Alberico, Jr. (Jane), Dr. Ronald Alberico (Dana) and Richard Alberico (Denita); two grandchildren, Lia and Kia; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by a son, Nicholas Alberico.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life Sunday, September 8th at 4:00 p.m. at Albert S. Moran Post 66, 2422 Moran Post Rd., Camden, NY 13316.
