Obituary of Arlene G. White

Arlene G. White, 43, of Rome, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at Rome Health after a long, courageous battle with cancer. She was born January 25, 1981, in the Philippines, a daughter of the late Martin and Abella Guan.  On June 25, 2023, she was united in marriage to Charles White.

Arlene was an amazing artist and crafter. She made beautiful flowers, trees, and plants out of various recycled materials. She had an unwavering faith and belief in the teachings of the Bible.

Surviving besides her loving husband, Charles, is her daughter, Hanna LeGutan; stepsons, Charles Jr. and Stetson White; four sisters, Anabel Cabiao, Meribel Ginete, Marissa Amistoso, and Marites Guan; four brothers, Arnel Guan Sr.; Rommel Guan, Allan  Guan, and Martin Guan, Jr.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Arrangements have been entrusted to Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome NY 13440.
