He was born March 14, 1934, in Rome, the son of Thomas and Mary Mikoycek Paremba. He was a graduate of Oriskany High School. Joe was a self-employed farmer and contractor. He is survived by a his sister, Julia Paremba, Rome; and two nieces, Theresa McCloud, Maryland, and Christine Peppenelli, Florida. He was predeceased by a sister, Jennie Pasiak. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 12pm at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome. Interment will take place in All Saints Polish National Cemetery.
