Name: John Priore Date of Death: Thursday, May 22, 2008 Residence: Utica, NY Age: 76 Obituary: It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of John Priore,76, 1530 York Street, Utica, on Thursday, May 22, 2008, at his home. John was born on January 5, 1932, in Manhattan, NY, son to Antoinette Priore. John has no other known family. John has had an active life, both at home and during the day. He worked at the Central Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired for many years. John has had many advocates with a special one in Cele DeGeorgio from CNYDSO Marcy Day Hab. He attended the Marcy Day Hab. for many years and enjoyed his days and friends there very much. To all he came in contact with, John was easy to remember, and everyone smiled whenever his name was mentioned. He will be missed by all. Funeral services will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery Chapel, Thursday, May 29, 2008, at 1:00PM. Interment will follow at the cemetery located on 2201 Oneida Street, Utica.
