He is survived by his daughter, Louise Knoop of Warsaw, Indiana, a brother, James Waite of Liverpool and his nephew Kent (Kathy) Harter of Phoenix, with whom he resided, as well as many other nephews and nieces. Clarence was born in Richland, NY. He served in the Army during World War II, stationed in Germany. He lived in South Hannibal for many years and was a Town of Ira highway department driver for thirty years. Graveside services were held on Thursday, May 22, 2008, at 12:30 PM at the Crown Hill Memorial Park in Clinton, New York.
