She was born August 7, 1914, in Point Rock, NY, the daughter of William and Jennie Finster Worden. She married Robert Schmidt in 1951. Surviving besides her husband, are two daughters and a son-in-law, Kathy Murray, Sylvan Beach, and Christine and Mike Creedon, Rome; three sons and daughters-in-law, William and Christine, Cleveland, Keith and Dawn, Williamstown, and Robert and Donnette, Cleveland; a sister, Shirley Zimmerman, Oneida; and eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Funeral services will take place on Thursday at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome, at 7pm. Interment will take place in Maple Flats Cemetery, Cleveland, NY. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-7pm.
