"Ed" Schuster, 49, of Blossvale, died December 30, 2006 in Rome Memorial Hospital. He was born April 21, 1957, in Rome, the son of Harrison and Ruth Owens Schuster. He was a graduate of Rome Free Academy, Class of 1975. Ed worked at Omega Wire in Williamstown, NY, for over twenty-three years. Ed's family would like to express their gratitude to the nurses on 2 East and ICU at Rome Memorial Hospital, and Drs. Parker and Beth Bulawa, for the care and compassion shown to him during his time of need. He is survived by three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Sarah and Vito Carambia, Blossvale, Susan Schuster, Blossvale, and Ruth and Bob Williams, Naugatuck, CT; three nieces, Katrina (Bruce) Wolfe, Williamstown, and Rebecca and Elizabeth Williams, Naugatuck, CT; and two nephews, Jeremiah Williams, Pensacola, FL, and Vito Carambia II, Blossvale. In keeping with Ed's wishes, there will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
