Mitchell, 50, of 16 Golden Heights, Webster, MA and formerly of Taberg, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, October 17, 2006 at her home after a long illness. She was born June 24, 1956 in Rome, daughter of Bernard and Pauline Meagher Mitchell. Linda was a 1974 graduate of Camden Central School. She was a licensed practical nurse employed at Hutchings Psychiatric Center in Syracuse until retiring due to disability in 1987. She was also employed at St. Joseph's Hospital, Syracuse. Surviving are her fiancé, John Bogdanowicz, Webster, MA, one daughter , Shannon Scarfino, a son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Daisy Smith, four grandchildren, Alexis, Samantha, Caroline and Blake, all of Lakeland, FL, one sister and brother-in-law, Bernadette and Randy Schinn, Camden, three brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael and Andrea Mithcell, David and Lori Mitchell, Florence, Danny and Wendy Mitchell, Taberg, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 9:30 am from St. John's Church, Camden. Burial will take place in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Taberg. There are no calling hours. Contributions may be made to charity of one's choice. Arrangements by Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 9464 Rte. 13, Camden. Services: Funeral services will be held on Friday at 9:30 am from St. John's Church, Camden. Burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Taberg. There are no calling hours.
