Robert A. Love
Robert A. Love, 60, of 3157 Wilson Rd. W., Camden, passed away September 14, 2005 at his home. He was born March 21, 1945 in Syracuse, the son of George and Lola Santee Love. Bob graduated from Camden High School and received his Mechanics Apprenticeship from Revere Copper & Brass. He also worked at Laribee Machine Shop and was recently employed at International Wire driving truck for over 32 years, which he was known as "Wagon Wheel" by fellow truckers. Bob loved spending his spare time working on his automobiles and John Deere tractors. Most of all, he enjoyed helping everyone fix their cars. Bob was the perfect friend!
Surviving are a daughter, Penny Falcone, Rome, one sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Edward Viterna, Belton, MS; 2 brothers and one sister-in-law, Marvin and Gloria Love, Taberg, Leo Love, Bridgeport, two grandchildren, Nicholas and Dylan, along with nieces, nephews and cousins.
Bob was predeceased by a daughter, Valerie Mae Love and a sister Euteva Schmidt.
Penny would like to thank all of Bob's friends and family for their support through this difficult time.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1pm from the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 9464 Rte. 13, Camden. Burial will take place in Evergreen Cemetery, Town of Lee. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
