Esche, 56, of Calvert St., Rome, died February 4, 2007 at the home of her son, Ronald Daignault, Jr., Rome, after a long illness. She was born January 24, 1951 in Oneida, a daughter of Henry and Joyce Yager Esche. Dianna worked for the State Prison System for several years, retiring in 2006. Surviving are her mother and stepfather, Joyce and Gerald Henderberg, Sr., Rome; Mike Macalik, Rome; one son, Ron Daignault, Jr. and his special friend, Samantha Fulgieri Rome; one sister, Deborah Ferlo, Rome; and two brothers and one sister-in-law, Robin and Joanne Esche, Whitesboro, Gerald Henderberg, Jr., Rome. She was predeceased by a son, Richard Daignault, in 1994. Funeral services will be held at Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St. on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. Interment Evergreen Cemetery.
